I can create behavioral competencies and derailers for use in talent management, performance management, hiring and other human resources applications. I can also develop tiered leadership development programs, and introduce coaching as a practice to ensure long-term leadership excellence.
An additional speciality is designing customized engagement strategies, including the design and analysis of engagement measurement processes.
Lastly, I have deep experience in human relations processes and investigations, and can provide consulting to raise the game in HR and to bring HR cases to fair and thorough conclusions.
